If after saving your details, you see a message on the Dashboard about entering a verification code. Please go to https://api.sunsynk.net/login and log out, and then back in again.
GivEnergy Instructions
Please enable list, read and data permissions under ‘Token Scopes’ when creating your web token.
If you are on a phone, please ensure you copy the full key, some of it can be hidden.
Solis Instructions
If you do not already have your Solis connection details, you will need to request them from Solis here.
A home battery stores electricity so you can use it later, instead of buying it when prices are high.
Most people charge their battery overnight when electricity is cheaper. During the day, your home runs on that stored energy instead of paying peak rates.
You can enter your full battery capacity in Battery 1 or enter individual battery capacities for ‘per battery’ savings.
Solar panels generate electricity during daylight hours, helping reduce how much power you need to buy from the grid.
Even on cloudy days, many systems still generate useful energy.
